CreatorRegister is operated by Hawkins Business Architecture Pty Ltd (ACN 693 911 616) ("the Operator", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Western Australia, Australia. Hawkins Business Architecture Pty Ltd operates CreatorRegister under an exclusive commercial licence from FameForecast Pty Ltd (ACN 693 750 177), which owns the underlying intellectual property and technology.

By accessing or using CreatorRegister ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using CreatorRegister you also agree to comply with the applicable developer or user agreements of any third-party platforms whose OAuth services you connect, including the Twitch Developer Services Agreement, YouTube Terms of Service, and TikTok Developer Terms.
CreatorRegister is a public creator identity registry. We index publicly available creator profiles from platforms such as Twitch, Kick, and YouTube. Creators can verify ownership of their profile by authenticating via OAuth, confirm or correct the social links associated with their identity, and maintain a verified cross-platform identity record accessible to the public.
The Platform is currently provided free of charge to creators.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use CreatorRegister. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these age requirements.
CreatorRegister builds its registry from publicly available data sourced from the APIs and public pages of platforms including Twitch, Kick, and YouTube. This includes handles, profile URLs, and social links listed in public panels or bios.
If you believe a profile indexed on CreatorRegister contains inaccurate or harmful information, you may verify ownership via OAuth to correct it, or contact us at [email protected] to request removal.
Creators may verify ownership of a profile record by authenticating via the OAuth service of the relevant platform (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, or TikTok). By initiating OAuth verification you represent that you are the legitimate owner of the account being verified.
Fraudulent Verification Attempts: Attempting to verify ownership of a profile belonging to another creator is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, removal from the registry, and referral to the relevant platform's trust and safety team.
Once ownership is verified, you may confirm, correct, or add social links to your identity record. These changes are reflected publicly on your CreatorRegister profile.
A CreatorRegister account is created automatically when you complete your first OAuth verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any session credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the integrity of the registry.

All Platform software, design, logos, and original content are owned by FameForecast Pty Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Platform is operated by Hawkins Business Architecture Pty Ltd under exclusive licence.
Third-Party Logos: Platform logos (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok) remain the property of those platforms. Their display on CreatorRegister does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., corrected social links). By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that information within the Platform for the purposes of maintaining your identity record.
CreatorRegister is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any publicly indexed data. Profile images and social links are sourced from third-party APIs and may be subject to delays or changes outside our control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Hawkins Business Architecture Pty Ltd, its affiliates, and licensors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CreatorRegister, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed AUD $100.00, unless otherwise required by law including the Australian Consumer Law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to CreatorRegister at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform or its users. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting [email protected].
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. We may notify you of material changes by email or platform notice where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia for the resolution of any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of CreatorRegister, except where prohibited by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
